Enrolments may be taken at the venue prior to the first session on the first day of a scheduled program, depending on vacancies at the particular venue / class level. If places are available, enrolments will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
 

As enrolments on the day cannot be guaranteed, VICSWIM encourages you to enrol by the corresponding closing date for your preferred week(s) to avoid disappointment.
 

Enrolments for participants are not transferable. Please give careful consideration to this refund and cancellations policy before registering for the VICSWIM program.

Participants that decide not to attend or participate in booked activities on the basis of weather will not be entitled to a refund.
