Entrants must be of Primary School age.  ARV staff children and relatives are not permitted to enter.  To be eligible you must hand colour in the illustration, fill in all the information requested on the colouring page and mail to ARV offices to be received no later than last mail on the 9 December 2009.  Winners will be selected on the 16 December 2009 based on merit, and consideration will be given for all age groups that enter by a panel of ARV staff at ARV offices.  Winners will be notified in writing and posted in the Public Notices section of ‘The Age’ newspaper on the 19 December 2009.
